Bountiful Butterflies

Glorious Bountiful Butterflies mobile. Free crochet pattern for the butterflies, then string them from an embroidery hoop with some beaded lines.

Is Spring bursting through where you are yet?  Are the bulbs making their way through the soil and getting ready to burst into bloom and bring color to your garden?  It won’t be long now until our parks and gardens come alive with the fragrance of spring, bees and butterflies buzz and flit about the garden and the snows and frosts just melt away.  Sigh, I’m ready to feel the warmth of the sun in my back garden again.

To help you shrug off the Winter blues, get out your brightest colors and create a Spring garden of your own with the free crochet pattern for these Bountiful Butterflies from The Hat & I on Ravelry. Use the butterflies as appliques or embellishments, or create this glorious colorful mobile by hanging them in a descending spiral from beaded lines strung from an embroidery hoop.  The mobile shown uses 24 butterflies and we love the sparkle from the beaded lines.
